Downhole Drilling Dynamics has been a leader in oil field industrial services for over 15 years, and is proud to serve the industry from our facility in Texas. We have state-of-the-art 5-axis machinery in our shops. Our ownership of these machines is unusual in the industry and sets us apart from our competition. At Downhole Drilling Dynamics, we offer precision manufacturing services like milling, turning, boring, and threading with advanced CNC control capabilities. We work with a wide variety of metals and other materials. Our machines handle aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, and 4140 / 4330 steel alloys, as well as exotic metals like Inconel, Monel, Kovar, and Hastelloy. Our equipment can mill to a variety of sizes: to lengths up to 30 inches, widths up to 60 inches, and heights up to 30 inches, with turning diameters up to 36.22 inches and turning lengths up to 160 inches.
